The Educational Administration program at Oswego currently offers two Certificate of Advanced Study (CAS) programs leading to School Building Leader (SBL) and District Leader (SDL) certification. The department also offers a non-degree Superintendent Development Program in various locations around the state in response to a statewide need to increase the pool of high-quality potential school superintendents.

Program Offered:

• School Building Leadership CAS
• School District Leadership CAS

Certificate Program Offered:

• Superintendent Development Program
  (same coursework as School District Leadership CAS, but designed for those who hold permanent SAS/SDA certification)
