Event Planning Certificate Program
Event Planning Professional Certificate

If you’ve not had any training in events planning but are interested in getting involved or already helping your company or organization with events, this Event Planning Professional Certificate Program could be perfect for you to gain a formalized approach to the entire process.

In this Professional Certificate Program, participants will learn about key strategies for managing event logistics – including volunteers, facilities, transportation, food and beverage, ticketing, admissions, etc. They will also learn to develop critical planning techniques such as meeting planning, setting benchmarks, and planning for contingencies. Participants will learn how to establish bases for negotiating contracts, dealing with sponsors, and working with a variety of events.

The course presenters will guide the participants through the intricacies of event management by using a combination of lectures, interactive activities, and real-life experiences. Participation by the participants will be a key to success in this non-credit Certificate Program.
