Legal Things We all Should Know

What does our court and legal system provide to each of us in life and death situations? How do you plan and prepare for living wills, health care proxy, guardianship and other required documents? This workshop is for anyone who is interested in those and other legal matters and is intended to help individuals do some planning for our lives and “get our affairs” in order

You don’t have to be in court before you know what to expect. Join Al Piombino, author of the Notary Public Handbook Guide for New York, as he provides a basic framework and understanding of what our legal system provides us as individuals, and the opportunity to ask questions and get resources for you to know more.

A former Register of Probate, Al Piombino has supervised estates, guardians and provided a better understanding of life and death matters for many years. His humor-filled delivery style has been noted by his students as providing an enjoyable learning environment while maintaining the dignity of life issues and respecting the sensitivity of the topic.
