EOP Summer Program

Welcome to SUNY Oswego's EOP Summer Program

On behalf of the administration of SUNY Oswego and the staff of the Office of Learning Services (OLS) we would like to welcome you to the 2009 EOP Summer Program.  Please take a minute and read some of the testimonials from students who attended our previous summer programs. Successful completion of the EOP Summer Program is a requirement for all entering SUNY Oswego EOP first year students. During this four week program (July 5 - August 1), you will make the transition from your high school experience to becoming a SUNY Oswego first year student.

Students will live in a residence hall, eat in a dining facility and attend classes. Upper-level SUNY Oswego students will serve as peer mentors/tutors.  Peers will live in the residence hall and attend your daily classes and provide you with assistance, guidance, and/or academic support. The program is designed to closely simulate the daily independent living experience typical for a SUNY Oswego student.

EOP funding will cover your lodging, food, books, and tuition during the Summer Program.  Your personal expenses will include any monies you may want for daily living expenses and traveling to and from SUNY Oswego.

We all look forward to meeting and working with you as you prepare for this exciting and important part of your life.

You are required to complete and return a number of forms as part of the EOP Summer Program and can locate these by visiting our Documents/Forms page.
