Parking Ticket Appeals can be made online (see Online Parking Ticket Appeal Form link below) or by calling the parking office at 315-312-3227 or by going to the parking office.

All fines are to be paid within 5 business days of issuance or within 2 business days of a hearing determination.  Payment may be made at the Parking Office during business hours or by mail to University Police, Parking Office; S.U.N.Y. Oswego; Oswego, NY 13126:  (call 315-312-3227 for Parking Office hours).  Checks should be made payable to SUNY Oswego.

An appeal hearing may be requested.  To appeal, complete the request form on the back of the citation and either submit it to the Parking Office during business hours, mail it to the address above, or e-mail us at parking-list@ls.oswego.edu.  Requests for appeals must be made or mailed within 2 business days after service of the citation.
