OSWEGO -- "International Terrorism" will be one of many courses opening SUNY Oswego's summer sessions May 28.
The course, which is a version of "Topics in Political Science," is scheduled to be offered during the college's first summer session, from May 28 to June 14. It will meet every weekday morning from 9 to 11:45 a.m.
Dr. Craig Warkentin, assistant professor of political science, plans to teach the course, which may be taken for graduate or undergraduate credit.
"The course will survey contemporary international terrorism, focusing on the causes, nature and implications of this form of political violence," according to Warkentin. "The class will be conducted as a discussion-oriented seminar rather than as a lecture course."
