COLLEGE TO HOST KING CEREMONY
OSWEGO -- The 14th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration at SUNY Oswego will be observed at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23, in Bell Auditorium in Hewitt Union.
The main speaker, Dr. Alfred Frederick of the SUNY Oswego curriculum and instruction department, has earned two Fulbright awards to study and teach in the Republic of Benin.
The Sigma Omicron chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity at SUNY Oswego will present its annual Martin Luther King Community Service Awards to a student, a faculty member and a professional staff member.
