OSWEGO -- The deadline for Oswego State students to apply for scholarly and creative activity grants for next spring is Nov. 17. Funds are available for both graduate and undergraduate projects.
A maximum of 10 $500 awards will be made this fall for use during the spring and summer of 2001. The funds may be used for supplies, stipends, software, equipment, travel or other expenses directly related to the proposed scholarly and creative activity.
Students may contact the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs in Penfield Library or department offices for a complete application form. Applications are also available on the Web at
Students must secure a faculty or staff sponsor who will assist in designing and carrying out an appropriate project.
The recipients and their faculty or staff sponsors will be recognized at a special Quest ceremony in the spring.
