'SURVIVOR' ROB TO SHARE SHOW EXPERIENCES
DURING SUNY OSWEGO VISIT SEPT. 29
OSWEGO -- Rob Cesternino, a 2000 graduate of SUNY
Oswego, will discuss his experiences on the popular reality TV show
"Survivor" at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 29, in the Hewitt Union formal
lounge.
The presentation will be open to the public free of
charge.
Cesternino, who finished third amid fierce
competition when "Survivor: The Amazon" concluded in May, will discuss
the selection process, what contestants are told before arriving, how
"real" the show is and other topics. He also will take audience
questions.
A member of Oswego's Honors Program and a
communication studies graduate, Cesternino wrote his honors thesis on
reality television programs. "Survivor" host Jeff Probst called him
"the smartest player never to win."
