WE DO NOT FAX

  1. Enrollment Verification will be mailed to your HOME or PARENT ADDRESS only (not campus), usually within 1-2 business days.
  2. We will only mail directly to health insurance companies when accompanied by a completed Health Insurance Form because insurance companies need parent information.
  3. If your request is urgent, see or call the Secretary, 307A Culkin, 315.312.2237.
