Dear Alumni,

Upon graduating, approximately 20% of Oswego State students plan to move to New York City. Because of this, the Oswego Alumni Association, in collaboration with Career Services, plans an annual event - NYC Career Connections - in Manhattan to assist our students in making this transition.

NYC Career Connections is an award winning alumni/student networking event in which we ask alumni who work in the metropolitan and surrounding New York area to speak with current Oswego students on various topics including their career, how they got to where they are, job search processes, and relocating to the area. The evening begins with an alumni panel followed by a "career networking fair" for current Oswego State students.

We would like to invite you to host a table from 7:30p.m.-9:00p.m. that has information about your career field and/or employer. This is not a recruiting fair but an informal and informative way for our current students to learn about different professions in the New York City area. We hope that you are able to join us and assist our Oswego students in exploring various career paths. Details below:

Alumni Panel Event: 6:30p.m.
Career Networking Fair: 7:30p.m.-9:00p.m.

Refreshments will be provided during the Fair portion of the event for alumni and students.
