Ke-nekt’ Chamber Music Series: Countertenor Reginald Mobley
Wednesday, February 8, 2017 • 7:30PM
Host: Mihoko Tsutsumi
Sheldon Hall Ballroom
Pre-concert Talk 7:00PM

Countertenor Reginald Mobley delights audiences with his “crystalline diction and pure, evenly produced tone” (Miami Herald), and “elaborate and inventive ornamentation” (South Florida Classical Review). His natural and preferred habitat as a countertenor soloist is within the Baroque works of Bach, Charpentier, Handel, and Purcell but is equally comfortable in repertoire of later periods, musical theatre, jazz standards, and torch songs.

Reginald Mobley sings Handel’s Crede l’uomo (Disinganno) – II Trionfo del Tempo – EMV
