Course Description
The course will be different than previous years, and actually different than last year due to construction around campus. Once again, the start and finish will be conducted in Hidden Fields, which is entirely grass, and we have done our best to keep the race on grass as much as possible. There will be limited road areas that will be ran on. The course is entirely flat and should produce some fast times as it has in the past.
We have done our best to stay away from dangerous areas of the construction process on campus, which is why we are running shorter courses this year (NOTE: anticipate another short course for 2009).
Entry Fee
A fee of $75 per gender ($150 total team) or $10 a runner up to 6 entries is asked. Alumni and Open Race is $10 a runner with the first 30 to sign up receiving a meet tee-shirt. Please bring cash or checks made out to Oswego State Cross Country to the meet at the check in or mail them to:

Registration
Unlimited number per team/gender. Please email (or fax at 315-312-6397) all eligible runners’ names to Head Coach Andrew Hunsinger (hunsinge@oswego.edu) no later than Wednesday September 9th at 5:00pm.
Scoring
All scoring and results will be done by the Oswego State Cross Country coaching staff using Hy-Tek Meet Manger.
Awards
Plaques to top 3 teams (men’s and women’s). Team champion shirts to winning genders and “top 10” tee-shirts to non-winning team top runners.
Facilities
Laker Hall has changing facilities and showers in the general locker rooms. Bring your own towels and locks. Laker Hall is located across Rt 104 from the main campus.
Athletic Trainers
