Goat Yoga
Lakers will have the opportunity to partake in an instructor-guided yoga session, all while enjoying the company of goats and their handlers. 
4 half hour sessions will be offered, to up to 50 students.  These classes are beginner friendly! 
4 30 minutes drop in sessions at Swetman Gym:

Grit N’ Wit
Friday, April 5, 3-6pm, Deborah F. Stanley Ice Arena - Enter from top
Onsite Registration: 2:45pm-5:30pm, team must come together
Students, Faculty, and Staff welcome
Must have SUNY Oswego ID and sign waiver when checking in

Participants will work together as a team and take on 16+ physical obstacles and mental puzzles.Get your teams together for a fun afternoon.  
All participants will be free to opt out of a challenge they are not comfortable tying.  They can assist their teammates or
cheer them on for the obstacle they opt out of and then continue on the rest of the way as a team.

How it works:
2-6 per team with optimal size of 4
After you register, teams will be sent to the course every 2-3 minutes
20-30 minutes to complete the course.
All skill level welcomes
