The line between dancers and audience will blur March 30 and 31 at SUNY Oswego’s Waterman Theatre when Mexican-American choreographer Alex Escalante presents his “Clandestino,” which explores the struggle to maintain one’s culture despite borders, boundaries, passports and green cards.

Oswego State men’s divers Eric Messina (So., Latham, N.Y.) and Shawn Merlin (Jr., Palmyra, N.Y.) capped off a successful season at the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships by finishing fourth and seventh, respectively, on the 1-meter springboard. Messina recorded 490.60 points in the finals after scoring 491.30 points in the preliminaries. Merlin improved on his 459.15-point performance in the preliminary round by posting 476.45 points in the finals.
