Men's Hockey Knocks Off Top-Ranked Plattsburgh 5-2
Eric Selleck (So., Spencerville, Ont.) and Jon Whitelaw (Fr., Huntsville, Ont.) recorded two goals apiece to help the eighth-ranked Oswego State men’s hockey team knocked off top-ranked Plattsburgh 5-2 on Saturday night in Plattsburgh. The Lakers were out-shot 34-14, but goaltender Kyle Gunn-Taylor (Sr., West Seneca, N.Y.) turned in a stellar performance as he registered 32 saves. Oswego State improved to 5-1-0 overall and 4-0-0 in the SUNYAC, while Plattsburgh fell to 3-1-0 overall and 3-1-0 in the league. More...
