Welcome to the First Year Orientation page.  Orientation is a fun filled two day program where you are introduced to campus and academic life at Oswego. You will meet an academic advisor, register for classes and have the opportunity to take care of other details such as finalizing financial aid, pre-arranging the purchase of textbooks, signing up for the fitness centers, spending a night in a residence hall and getting your student ID card. In addition, you will meet new friends, interact with Laker Leaders, engage in social activities and enjoy beautiful summer weather along the shores of Lake Ontario. It’s an experience that you will never forget!

Dates for the summer program are below. You will be receiving an information booklet via US Mail soon after you pay your admission deposit that will outline everything you need to do to become our newest Laker, including information on how to register for summer orientation!
