The story of a mouse and his desire to travel. Horatio lives in an empty bell tower where he dreams of everything and anything outside his window. Taking place in the days where zeppelins are a new transportation marvel. Horatio yerns to see the world outside his small home and confined town. Seeing the giant blimps opens up new promises for the tiny mouse and he soon sets out on his sky high adventure. The life he loves is behind him and his dreams are ahead of him while he flies further and further away. From a distance the journey seems to be all that Horatio was looking for but when times get rough he realizes he was happy along back home with his friends.
