Students with Special Needs Identification Form
Reasonable accommodations are provided by Oswego State for students with documented disabilities, as described in the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. To access these accommodations, students are responsible for notifying the college of their disabling condition and providing appropriate documentation of the condition. This information will be maintained in a separate and confidential file. Once documentation has been placed on file, it continues to be the student's responsibility to initiate requests for specific accommodations by contacting the Coordinator of Disability Services.
