Campus Technology Services (CTS) is an integrated service organization overseeing administrative computing, instructional computing, network services, technology user support and telecommunications. The department delivers a broad set of infrastructure, applications and services that are vital to the operation and mission of the College.

Client Support and Communication: Help Desk support for faculty, staff and students, training, learning management support, multimedia support, promotion and awareness of CTS services and outages, desktop support and repair, computer lab management, campus software licensing.

Student Life, Learning and Administration: MyOswego website: registration, records, and e-commerce, student services, computing: labs and dial-in or network connectivity, and phone service for residential students, e-mail and web space for instruction and learning enhancement, etc.

Instructional Support: Faculty support, computer labs, time-sharing computer, Advanced Technology Classrooms, web resources, communication tools, video and media support, etc.

Administrative Services: Phone, Internet, e-mail, desktop support, systems (SCT Banner, etc.) and support for multiple other administrative services.
