Alumni Account Renewal
As of June 10th, 2024, any account that was not renewed has been deleted. If you wish to get an account created please contact the campus Helpdesk.
The deadline for alumni wishing to renew their SUNY Oswego account has passed. At this point, alumni who did not submit the renewal form linked to multiple emails have had their accounts suspended.
Accounts that have not been reactivated by June 1 will be deleted. All associated data in the account will be deleted and unrecoverable including LakerApps data (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
As a reminder, alumni accounts must be renewed by the end of each calendar year in order to keep using them (Dec. 31). To avoid this happening next year, be on the lookout in November for an initial renewal email with reminders sent in December. These emails are sent from the SUNY Oswego Alumni Office.
