Telecommunications

Campus Technology Services - Telecommunications provides telephony and technician services for all employees and campus-affiliated programs. Telephony services include local, long-distance and international calling, call centers, voicemail, panic buttons,  and call detail records. Technician services include small ethernet, coaxial, or fiber based cabling and terminations, consulting, and troubleshooting.

Scantron Test Scoring 

As an instructor, one can have their multiple-choice scantron exams scored by our department. One will be required to submit a control sheet with their exams. Control sheets can be found in Culkin 102 next to the test drop-off location. Exams will be ready for pick-up immediately after scoring and will be mailed back if not picked up within two weeks.

Line Charge - The cost of an extension

External Line Charge - The cost of an extension to a non-state entity

Fax Charge - The cost of a fax service

2-line Device Charge - The cost of having a single or two-line deskphone (Models 6921, 7942, 7945)

6/8-line Device Charge - The cost of having a six or eight-line deskphone (Model 7962, 7965, 7975)

Sidecar Charge - The cost of having an 12/24 button expansion module 

Voicemail - The cost of having a voicemail

Panic Line - The cost of having a panic button on one’s deskphone

Cell Phone Charge - The cost of owning a phone with calling, SMS, and data (Smartphones)

Basic Cell Phone charge - The cost of owning a phone with calling and SMS (Flip-phone)
