Here is closing information for some key resources over Winter Break (Dec. 14 to Jan. 27):
Residence Life and Housing
- Residence halls close on Saturday, Dec. 14, at 10 a.m.
- New students will arrive on Jan, 23 at 9 a.m.; returning on-campus students will come back on Sunday, Jan. 26 at noon.
Dining Services: Cash Operations
- Palates: Closing Wednesday, Dec. 11, at 7 p.m.; re-opening Monday, Jan. 27 at 11 a.m.
- Cutting Board: Closing Wednesday, Dec. 11, at 7 p.m.; re-opening Monday, Jan. 27 at 11 a.m.
- Sips: Closing Wednesday, Dec. 11, at 7 p.m.; re-opening Monday, Jan. 27 at 9 a.m.
- Fusion Café: Closing Friday, Dec. 13 at 1 p.m.; re-opening Monday, Jan. 27 at 7:30 a.m.
- Lake Effect Café: Closing Friday, Dec. 13 at 1 p.m.; re-opening Monday, Jan. 27 at 8 a.m.
- Crossroads: Closing Friday, Dec. 13 at 1 p.m.; re-opening Monday, Jan. 27 at 7:30 a.m.
For December Commencement, Crossroads will be open on Saturday, Dec. 14, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Dining Centers
- Cooper: Closing after lunch, Friday, Dec. 13, at 2:30 p.m.; re-opening on Saturday, Jan. 25 at 9 a.m.
- Lakeside: Closing after dinner, Friday, Dec. 13 at 7 p.m.; re-opening Thursday, Jan. 23, at 4:30 p.m.
- Pathfinder: Closing after dinner, Friday, Dec. 13 at 7 p.m.; re-opening Saturday, Jan. 25 at 9 a.m.
Late Night will be served through Thursday, Dec. 12, at Cooper from 8:30 to 11 p.m.
Late Night will resume Thursday, Jan. 30, at Cooper at 8:30 p.m.
For December Commencement, Cooper will be open on Saturday, Dec. 14, from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. to serve brunch. Meal plans accepted or $13.25 cash per person.
Spring semester meal plans for new students will begin at dinner on Thursday, Jan. 23. Spring semester meal plans for all students will begin at dinner on Friday, Jan. 24.
Penfield Library
Dec. 14, 2024 to Jan. 24, 2025 regular hours:
- Mondays through Fridays: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Saturdays/Sundays: Closed
Exceptions
- Closed on Dec. 25 to 27, Jan. 1 and Jan. 20
- Sunday, Jan. 26, hours will be 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
College Stores
- Supplies in Lanigan will close on Dec. 13 at 4 p.m. and re-open on Jan. 20 at 9 a.m.
- Marano Campus Center location will be closed on Dec. 23 at 5 p.m. and will re-open on Jan. 2 at 10 a.m., closing at 4 p.m.
Health Services
- In alignment with the campus winter savings initiative, Health Services will work remotely from Dec. 16, 2024 to Jan. 17, 2025. Clinic hours will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; to schedule an appointment, please call 315-312-4100.
- To meet the needs of students, Health Services will be open one day a week for in-person visits during this time. These will be Mondays, Dec. 16 and 23, Jan. 6 and 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- In addition, Health Services will be closed on Dec, 18, 24 and 25, and from 9 a.m. to 1p.m. on Jan. 24.
Counseling Services
- Counseling Services are closed Dec. 17 to Jan. 20 except for Mondays; Dec. 16 and 23, Jan. 6 and 13, when they will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Calls and emails will be responded to during business hours.

The Point
The Point will be closed from Sunday, Dec. 15, 2024, to Sunday, Jan. 19, 2025.
Box Office
- The Marano Center Box Office walk-up windows will be closed from Dec. 9, 2024, to Jan. 24, 2025, except when intercollegiate athletic contests are scheduled.
- On game days, the box office will open a minimum of one hour before the start of the athletic contest.

Campus Recreation
Campus Recreation Winter Break Hours will be posted on the linked website.
Lee Hall
- Lee Hall will close on Friday, Dec. 13, at 4 p.m.
- Regular hours will resume on Monday, Jan. 27.
Fitness Centers
- Cooper Fitness Centers will close on Friday, Dec. 13, at 4 p.m.
- Glimmerglass Fitness Center will close on Thursday, Dec. 12, at 10 p.m.
- Regular hours will resume on Monday, Jan. 27.
Campus Technology Services
The CTS Help Desk will have the following hours for Winter 2024/2025;
Dec. 16 to Jan. 26:

Exceptions

Parking
The Parking Office staff will work remotely from Dec. 16 to Jan. 3 and can be contacted via phone or email. The building will re-open on Jan. 6.
