The Oswego Alumni Association is sponsoring a pair of virtual presentations: 2018 alumna Angela Russell will perform music at 8 p.m. today (Wednesday, Aug. 12), while 2015 graduate Tiraya Conyers will present a virtual yoga session at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 15.
Russell, who earned her degree in music, will perform in the latest installment of the Oswego Alumni Virtual Concert Series, streaming live on Facebook at facebook.com/oswegoalumni/events. The singer/songwriter has also performed with the Oswego Opera Theater.
The Oswego Alumni Virtual Concert Series features one alumni musician or DJ per month, offering an hour of live tunes via Facebook Live. If you are, or know of, an alumni musician who would like to offer a virtual gig, email alumni@oswego.edu.
Conyers is the founder of Sol City Yoga and a private yoga teacher.
