The Adult Student Assistance Program (ASAP), designed to help adult learners connect with SUNY Oswego and other students, will virtually discuss "Managing Difficult Times" at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22.
While life can present challenges, working together helps everybody learn how to approach them with confidence and resilience, organizers said. This session will explore empowering strategies and practical skills to help face life’s hurdles with greater ease. Cory Brosch from SUNY Oswego’s Counseling Services will guide attendees through helpful tools to navigate life’s obstacles more smoothly.
