The Adult Student Assistance Program (ASAP), designed to help adult learners connect with SUNY Oswego and other students, will virtually present "Boost Productivity with Body Doubling and Virtual Study Halls" at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6.
This productivity technique involves working alongside a partner or friend, either in person or through video chat, to help start and complete projects. Often referred to as an accountability partner, a body double can boost your productivity by providing motivation and support, organizers said. This brief session will explore how body doubling can enhance your college productivity and discuss the benefits of virtual study halls.
