The SUNY Oswego Theatre Department will hold auditions on Feb. 2 and 3 for campus and community members to participate in the spring musical “The Addams Family.”
For the show, which will run April 16 to 21 on the Waterman Theatre stage in Tyler Hall, theatre professor Jonel Langenfeld will direct the production, with music faculty member Amanda Li providing musical direction. Julie Ano and Stefanie Standish will serve as choreographers.
Langenfeld is looking for SUNY Oswego students to perform, as well as children and youth, ages 8 to 13, for chorus roles. Rehearsals will begin on Feb. 5.
Song and monologue auditions, around three to five minutes each, will take place on Friday, Feb. 2, with dance auditions and callbacks taking place on Saturday, Feb. 3.
