Campus Recreation has a range of engaging programs for students this October and November.

Campus Recreation will kick off October with an "Eat Well - Be Well" cooking demo program, which includes an online way for students to find quick healthy recipes to make along with tips on eating healthy in the dining halls.

The website will include habits and practices to foster healthy eating and tips for proper portion size, drinks and smart snacking.
Also students can share their healthy cooking photos and videos to be featured on Campus Recreation social media (@oswegocampusrec) and the Eat Well - Be Well website by emailing them to sandra.keenan@oswego.edu or direct-messaging the account.

The Oz photo scavenger hunt Oct. 12 to 18 will feature a wide variety of tasks, hunts and activities to complete throughout the week. To join the hunt, email cassandra.mason@oswego.edu or register at imleagues.com/oswego. You can also participate throughout the week via @oswegocampusrec social media.

While the sports world is finishing seasons or in playoffs, Campus Recreation offers Esports tournaments for October. NBA2k and NHL 20 Tournaments will be offered with Championship T-shirts for the winners. Registration deadline is Tuesday, Oct. 20, with registration at imleagues.com/oswego.

In November join Campus Recreation for Activity nights, such as learning calligraphy, crafting DIY Macramé wall hang and creating your own wooden photo wall hang. To register, email Cassandra.mason@oswego.edu
