The Department of Campus Recreation is pleased to announce updated access options to the Fitness Centers, Lee Hall and Swetman Gymnasium. These updates are a result of the continued institutional support to improve the campus health and well-being. 

Current SUNY Oswego students will continue to be granted access to all recreational facilities without an additional fee. Funding of Campus Recreation programs and services are supported through tuition dollars as well as the Student Activity fee. A student ID is required to gain access to the facilities. 

Current SUNY Oswego and Auxiliary Services employees may gain access to Lee Hall, Swetman Gymnasium and the Fitness Centers with a modest membership fee. The membership fee is $40 for the semester, $80 for the academic year and $100 for the calendar year. The membership includes free access for dependents under the age of 17. A parent or guardian member must be present with them to use the facilities.

In addition, memberships are available to purchase for our campus affiliation group. The campus affiliation group includes:

  • Spouses, domestic partners and dependents (17 and over) of current SUNY Oswego employees or students
  • SUNY Oswego alumni
  • Retired faculty and staff of SUNY Oswego
