Members of the campus and community can learn about "Cultural Dynamics: Leading with Cross-Cultural Agility" as part of the university's Lessons in Leadership series from 1 to 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 16.

Caitlin Rioux, Winter and Summer Sessions program manager, and Lillian Evans, director of the Triandiflou Institute at SUNY Oswego, will present the session in 335 Sheldon Hall.

With cultural agility an essential leadership trait in today's world, this session will explore strategies for leading across cultures, building inclusive teams and managing diversity in a way that drives innovation and collaboration.

Cost is $150 per person for the half-day workshop. Business and nonprofits rates are available.
