"Discover Wellness: Find A Healthier You" will once again offer its weekly, virtual, seven-week program this fall.

The program will begin on Sept. 19, 2022, and is free to all SUNY Oswego employees. This program focuses on stress reduction, healthy eating, increasing physical activity,and improving overall quality of sleep.

Participants will receive free weekly wellness reinforcements and wellness coaching that will assist them in making a behavior change that will aid in increasing their overall quality of life.

Programs will include:

  • Sept. 19: Writing away stress
  • Sept. 26: Decoding nutrition labels
  • Oct. 3: Move well
  • Oct. 10: Don't stress about stress
  • Oct. 17: Portion distortion
  • Oct. 24: Beginner resistance training
  • Oct. 31: Sleep well
