Faculty and staff are invited to learn resistance training for beginners through free upcoming "Discover Wellness" workshops.
Next week will feature a pair of sessions -- 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3, and 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 5 -- in the Wilber Wellness Lab in the building's basement level. The first 15 to register will receive a wellness incentive gift.
The following week will see two more sessions -- 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, and 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 12 -- in the Wilber Wellness Lab. The first 15 to register will receive a yoga mat as a wellness incentive gift.
