Discover Wellness will offer a five-week in-person wellness journey for employees starting on March 24.
Sessions will be led by Wellness Fellows, trained in positive psychology, with in-person coaching sessions with featuring Amy Bidwell of the Health Promotion and Wellness Department.
Participants will discover multiple dimensions of wellness and learn simple tools for lasting, healthy behavior changes.
This program is not just about wellness — it’s about connecting with colleagues and creating a supportive, fun environment for learning. Over the past few years, Discover Wellness has been a hit, organizers said, and they are excited to keep the momentum going this spring in an in-person program.
The program also will include free incentive gifts for participants.
Sessions will run Mondays and Fridays from 1 to 2 p.m. for five consecutive weeks, starting on March 24.
Due to limited spaces, organizers encourage signing up soon via this form.
