The Fall 2021 round of the Faculty Scholarly and Creative Activity Grant application/review process resulted in nine proposals selected for funding by members of the Scholarly and Creative Activity Committee, and ultimately approved for funding by Provost Scott Furlong. The funded proposals added up to $23,291.33 total.

The Faculty Scholarly and Creative Activity Grant provides support (up to $3,000) for faculty and staff in the development of their scholarly and creative activity programs to be more competitive in their field (i.e., enhancing the possibility of procuring external grants/contracts). Projects that are expected to result in peer-reviewed output, significant public activities/presentations, and/or to have a significant impact on local/campus or national/international community will receive priority.

This grant process takes place every semester, and deadline for spring 2022 proposals is Feb. 21. For more information or to apply for the spring round, visit the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs Internal Grants website.
