Health Careers Mixer set April 16

SUNY Oswego’s Health Careers Mixer will take place at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, in 145 Marano Campus Center.

This is a unique opportunity for students to meet with employers, alumni and graduate schools representing a variety of career paths in health, including:

Nurse practitioners
Mental health counselor
Physical therapy
Physician assistants
Chiropractors
Medical school
and more

The event will follow a speed networking format for the first hour, where students will rotate between tables every 10 minutes, allowing them to engage with all attending professionals and ask questions.

Organizers will serve mocktails and hors d'oeuvres throughout the event and will dedicate an additional 30 minutes after as optional networking time for students who can stay.

This event is co-hosted by SUNY Oswego’s Career Services, the Pre-Health Care Club, Eta Sigma Gamma and Health Promotion and Wellness Club and co-sponsored by HPAC: the Health Professions Advisory Committee.
