As National Cyber Security Month (NCSAM) comes to a close, Campus Technology Services (CTS) would like to remind everyone about updating their account security questions.
CTS is planning to utilize security questions for verification at the Help Desk in the near future. This change will allow the team to more easily and securely verify identities for matters such as password resets.
If you wish to review your security questions/answers, you may do so at the account tools page. Please remember that CTS will need to view questions and answers to security questions. As such, do not make these questions/answers sensitive information, such as social security numbers.
