The SUNY Oswego Office of Professional Development is excited to announce the launch of its Lessons in Leadership series, designed to provide current and aspiring leaders with the essential tools, insights and strategies needed to thrive in today’s fast-paced workplace environment.
The series, offered throughout the year, will feature expert-led workshops and interactive sessions that aim to strengthen leadership skills across diverse industries. Participants will engage with practical, actionable content on key leadership topics, delivered by SUNY Oswego faculty and staff. Each half-day workshop will focus on real-world challenges and offer strategies leaders can immediately implement.
The first session, "Leadership Efficiency: Effective Strategies and AI Tools for Enhanced Productivity," will take place on Wednesday, March 19, at the SUNY Oswego Extended Learning classroom, 335 Sheldon Hall. This session will delve into mastering time management, providing strategies for prioritization, overcoming procrastination, and utilizing AI tools to streamline operations and boost leadership effectiveness. The cost to attend is $150, and advance registration is required.
