The Office of Learning Services (OLS) is now providing online tutoring services to help meet the needs of SUNY Oswego students. Our virtual center will provide one-on-one peer tutoring and writing assistance through the combined use of Tutortrac and GoBoard.com.
Students will continue to schedule appointments through Tutortrac as is the typical protocol. Automated confirmation emails will direct tutees to their tutor's unique GoBoard page. Both the tutee and tutor will meet at the designated page at the scheduled date and time to hold the session.
OLS recommends that all students schedule an appointment for "GoBoard Practice" on Tutortrac as soon as possible. This session will allow for tutees and tutors to explore the board and to navigate technology concerns prior to holding a true tutoring session.

Tutors will continue to operate within our normally scheduled Eastern Standard Time hours as listed below.
- Monday through Thursday: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Sunday: noon to 5 p.m.
