As a reminder from Campus Technology Services (CTS), the retention policy for cloud storage with Panopto and Zoom will be completed on Thursday, Sept. 19. The policy is run annually on this day. The retention policy will do the following:
For Panopto
- This run will archive all content not viewed within the last two years.
- While archived content is still in Panopto, you must request that it be restored, which can take up to 48 hours.
- This also will remove all content not viewed within the last three years.
For Zoom
All content prior to the spring 2023 semester will be removed.
