The registered student organization re-registration form is open and remains open until Friday, Sept. 5, at 11:55 p.m.

All clubs and organizations that wish to be active organizations on campus next year must fill out this form.  The form is typically filled out by the incoming president, but is available to all officers.

Forms will be approved after Officer Onboarding Workshops have taken place to ensure representatives from all clubs and organizations wishing to be active for the 2025-2026 academic year have participated. Officer Onboarding will be offered twice.

All clubs and organizations are required to send at least four officers to the upcoming Officer Onboarding Workshop to be approved. While everyone is encouraged to attend, Student Engagement and Leadership requires the attendance of the following key officers, as their roles are critical to the success of your organization:

  • President: As the primary leader, the president sets the vision and ensures all members are aligned with the organization’s goals and responsibilities.
  • Treasurer: Responsible for managing the budget, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
  • Marketing and Social Media: Plays a key role in promoting events, growing engagement and maintaining a strong campus presence. Ensures your organization remains visible and connected through effective online communication.
  • New Member Educator (fraternity/sorority community only): Fraternities and sororities must ensure their new member educator attends the Officer Onboarding Workshop to fulfill organizational requirements.
  • One additional officer of your choice: Whether it’s your vice president, secretary, events chair or another team member, this officer will help reinforce a positive and inclusive club culture, model leadership for general members, and strengthen your team’s overall cohesion and impact.
  • Onboarding workshops will be held in Lanigan 101 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 8, and Friday, Sept. 12.  Use this form to register for Monday or use this form to register for Friday.
