As you prepare to leave campus in the coming week, SUNY Oswego is reminding you to schedule your COVID-19 test prior to your departure. We have provided a few highlights below to assist you.
- Testing appointments are still open. Nearly 100 student test slots are available tomorrow (Thursday, Nov 19), with 478 slots available on Friday (Nov. 20), and over 500 slots open on Monday (Nov. 23). Schedule your exit test online ASAP.
- Negative (and positive) pooled test results will be made available within three days (typically 24 hours) after testing.
- Quarantine and isolation will be available to residential students after Wednesday, Nov. 25, along with meal service and daily health checks. Plans are also underway to provide Thanksgiving meals to students who remain on campus (in quarantine or isolation) through a local restaurant, La Parrilla.
- If you choose to leave campus after getting a positive test result, you may do so in cooperation with SUNY Oswego’s Health Services office and the Oswego County Health Department so that precautionary measures are in place.
