Rice Creek Associates and SUNY Oswego's Rice Creek Field Station will host a nature and outdoor book talk in partnership with the River's End Bookstore at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7, at the field station.

Organizers invite the campus and community to come indoors to hear about the outdoors as Emil Christmann of the River's End shares some of his favorite picks for nature- and outdoor-themed books, just in time for the holidays. The talk will also be streamed over Zoom for those who wish to attend remotely.

In addition to the talk, Christmann will bring copies of the books he will discuss, plus others. Attendees will be able to purchase books at the end of the event.

The event will also stream live via Zoom link available on Rice Creek’s events page at oswego.edu/rice-creek.
