The lineup for the second annual State Employees Federated Appeal (SEFA) Talent Showcase -- starting around 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 8, in Oswego's Bridie Manor -- is starting to come together, with additional applications welcome through Monday, Nov. 7.

The event showcases faculty, student and staff performers while serving as a fundraiser for local charity Peaceful Remedies. The event’s structure will resemble Bridie Manor’s Wednesday open mic nights, except with talent asked to sign up in advance so that the organizers can let each performer know how much time they have per slot.

Expected performers include Paloma Alcantar, Caitie Dawson, Bill DeMott, Ranjit Dighe, Shashi Kanbur, Thomas McCaffrey, Erik Mosher, Tim Nekritz and Rose and the Amateurs.

Campus community members interested in joining the fun as performers should email tim.nekritz@oswego.edu or robert.hageny@oswego.edu by Monday, Nov. 7.

Bridie Manor sits along West First Street, just south of Utica Street, overlooking the Oswego River. Its official street address is 1830 Bridie Square in Oswego.

Peaceful Remedies is a local organization founded by the late SUNY Oswego employee Mary Gosek, which aims to holistically improve the healing experiences of those with life-altering illnesses.

Suggested admission donation is $5 for adults; performers are admitted free in thanks for sharing their talents.
