SUNY Startup Summer School (S4) is a ten-week virtual training program that provides faculty, students, and staff with the knowledge and networks that will enable them to commercialize breakthrough technology.

S4 is a one-stop destination for instructional webinars led by renowned speakers, accelerated Innovation Corps entrepreneurial training by experienced coaches, and proposal development support from experts who specialize in working with researchers and startups. All SUNY faculty, students, staff, startup leaders, and community members with entrepreneurial ambition are encouraged to enroll. S4 runs from early June through mid-August and there is no cost to participate.
 
Enrollment is open, with applications accepted through May 23.

Speakers representing different regions and various stages of the commercialization lifecycle will share their insights and experiences throughout the program.

The program culminates in August with a Demo Day celebration where participants pitch their technology or venture for one or more $10k Technology Accelerator Fund Catalyst Investments.

S4 is a game-changer for members of the SUNY community who are interested in learning more about entrepreneurship and what it takes to commercialize technology. Whether you see yourself as a serial entrepreneur or someone who simply wants to gain some more experience, S4 is custom designed to meet you wherever you are in your entrepreneurial journey.
