Summer office hours for classified service (CSEA) office employees will be go into effect on Monday, May 20, 2019. The summer hours will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a half-hour lunch break. Summer hours will remain in effect through Friday, Aug. 16, 2019. Employees should resume regular hours as of Monday, Aug. 19, 2019.
There may be certain departments where the summer schedule is not practicable. For those departments, the 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule (with an hour for lunch) will remain in effect. The respective divisional vice president will have final departmental schedule approval. Employees are reminded to accurately document their arrival and departure times.
Your cooperation in adhering to the schedule selected is greatly appreciated. The summer hours are reviewed every year based on operating needs and past experience in complying with the schedule.
