PurposeThe Division of Student Affairs Student Advisory Board exists to ensure open communication between a representative body of students and leadership of the Division of Student Affairs. Meetings, with lunch provided, will offer a forum for the exchange of information and allow members the opportunity to give input on a variety of matters related to student life at SUNY Oswego. Please note the group is not a decision-making body and the primary focus of discussions will be on identifying successes and problems. Successes will be recognized and celebrated. Problems will be defined and solutions proposed. Honesty will be the foundation of all conversations. All students are encouraged to apply!

PurposeThe Student Advisory Board for Inclusive Excellence exists to ensure open and ongoing communication between a representative body of students from historically marginalized groups and senior leadership at SUNY Oswego. Meetings will provide a forum for the exchange of information and allow members the opportunity to give input on a variety of matters that impact campus climate and students’ sense of belonging at SUNY Oswego. Please note that the group is not a decision-making body. The primary focus will be on identifying data-driven solutions to students’ concerns related to campus climate and sense of belonging. The advisory board will meet quarterly with President Peter O. Nwosu to discuss progress and provide updates. All students are welcome to apply.
