Effective Oct. 1, 2019, SUNY Oswego University Police will begin using parking boots to discourage certain violations, and ensure parking fees are collected in a timely manner.
The parking boots may be applied to vehicles parked in spaces marked Reserved and/or Handicapped, or to vehicles where the driver has acquired 10 or more violations in a given registered year.
The boot will be applied by University Police, and subsequently removed by University Police once all applicable fines have been paid. Payments can be made online 24 hours a day.
