The college's Write Ways Series will champion accessibility with the presentation "Writing Online: Access Matters," from 3 to 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, in Penfield Library's Classroom 215.

Writing online is writing that is public -- whether writing for a newspaper, a class blog, a wiki, on social media or personal websites. Taught by Rebecca Mushtare, this session will focus on international standards that will make attendees' writing easier to read on screen, across devices and with assistive technology.

Workshops are free and open to all students, staff, and faculty.
