The Employee Assistance Program Committee will collaborat with the Discover Wellness worksite wellness program to offer SUNY Oswego employees a "Writing Away Stress" wellness session from 1 to 1:50 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 29.  

The program recognizes SUNY Oswego employees’ lives have changed drastically over the past months,  and that whether you are required to report to work at this time or working from home, it can be challenging and stressful. This session aims to help employees relieve some of their stress through everyday techniques. 

If you are interested, please sign up by emailing hr@oswego.edu.  Anyone who signs up will receive a small incentive gift the week of Oct. 26.

SUNY Oswego’s Employee Assistance Program is available remotely. EAP was designed to help employees deal with the everyday issues involved in balancing work and life, as well as more serious problems. EAP services are confidential, voluntary and offered at no cost to employees and their families. For confidential assistance, employees may call 1-800-822-0244.
