Baskets of Caring, one of the biggest annual fundraisers for the State Employees Federated Appeal (SEFA)-United Way campaign, will run virtually Monday through Thursday, Nov. 9 to 12.
By visiting the online Baskets of Caring site, members of the campus community can view 15 themed gifts baskets and "vote" for their favorite by purchasing $1 chances on ones they would like to win. is our SEFA-United Way Baskets of Caring event. The link to buy chances will close at 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12.
Last year the event raised approximately $4,000 in just two days. The SEFA Committee hopes people will have fun shopping for tickets this year with the ease of the online format, and as always many baskets will be available to choose from!
Drawings will be live streamed via Zoom at 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13. Basket winners will be contacted and pickup will be arranged for the week of Nov. 16.
